Refund policy

Speartip Studio abides by Australian Consumer legislation and as such the customer is entitled to replacement product if it is faulty; such as the MDF tearing when removed from the sheet. Quality assurance endeavours to minimised these occurrences  

Replacements at the businesses expense will not be provided for breakages of parts during use or construction. Should breakages occur please contact Speartip Studios to discuss options to replace them.
